Volunteer for the Dems at Taste of Clermont!  

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

Hello Clermont County Democrats,

We are gearing up for another successful Taste of Clermont September 10, 11 & 12. Last year we were the only political party to be there, but this year the Republicans and Tea Party are both following our lead. We need to have a good presence there, with a fully staffed booth during peak hours. My greatest need at this point is a couple of reliable people to handle the set-up on Friday @ noon. Last year I was between jobs and was able to do this myself with the help of Charlotte and Gregg. I won’t be able to this year. I can help put together materials like what we used last year and get them to you. Please let me know by replying to this email or give me a call if you can handle / help with set-up.

I’m also looking for people who can staff the display during these hours:

Friday:
Setup @ Noon
2-3 People for 5 - 9 pm
1-2 People who want to stay from 9-11 pm (optional)

Saturday:
2-3 People for 11 am - 9 pm
1-2 People who want to stay from 9-11 pm (optional)

Sunday:
2-3 People for noon - 7 pm
Teardown @ 7pm

Feel free to sign up for an hour or two or all day. Your choice. Please do help me get all the peak hours covered though.  Simply reply, or call me if you can help with this important community outreach event. This kind of visibility is what helps build our party.
