How to become a Delegate/Alternate to the Democratic National Convention
Take action by Sunday, December 16, 2007
We initially had this scheduled for December 8th but it had to be cancelled due to German working diligently to get Robin Weirauch elected to the 5th Congressional District in the Special Election on Dec. 11th.
After Dec. 11th., German has agreed to come to Clermont County for a special presentation for those seriously interested in becoming a delegate or alternate to the National Democratic Convention.
If you are interested, please contact our office by leaving a phone message or sending us an email. In your message, please provide your name and phone number. Once we have a group of interested persons, we will schedule a time and place for this presentation. This will have to occur before January 3rd, which is the date of the caucus.
Phone: 513-732-2378 or email clermontdems @ fuse. net (Remove spaces in the email address after pasting).
German Trejo, the Southwest Ohio Field Director for the Ohio Democratic Party will present How you can become a delegate or alternate to the Democratic National Convention which will be held this Summer in Denver, Colorado.
If you have an interest in becoming a delegate or are just interested in learning about it, please attend. You need not be a member of the Central or Executive Committee to qualify as a delegate.
