Support The Employee Free Choice Act (H.R.800)

It’s the American way – a matter of choice.

Most Ohioans don’t realize that employees are fired in 25% of campaigns where they try to form a union. At the same time 78% of employers conduct anti-union pressure toward workers just for trying to unionize, and after workers form a union 33% are unable to get a contract.

Ohio’s middle class needs The Employee Free Choice Act which penalizes companies that coerce or intimidate employees in an effort to prevent them from forming a union and brings in a neutral third party to settle contracts and establishes majority sign-up process.

America Needs The Employee Free Choice Act!

The Employee Free Choice Act (H.R.800) levels the playing field for workers and employers and fosters economic growth for America's middle class.
